- Beach cities: Salt air corrodes standard nails and flashing, so we use stainless or hot-dipped fasteners and coated metals near the coast.
- Inland Empire: 100°F+ summers make cool roofs, reflective shingles and attic ventilation a priority.
- Canyons & foothills: Santa Ana winds and high fire-hazard zones call for Class A assemblies, ember-resistant vents and high-wind nailing.
- Older neighborhoods: Spanish-revival clay tile and mid-century flat roofs often need new underlayment or a full replacement.
